I’ve been working as an IT project manager, IT and operational consultant for 10 years. My specialization includes design, maintenance and optimization of the software process architecture, process automation requirements, process implementation monitoring and control, internal and external consulting, and process trainings. I’ve spent seven years in the "Incom" company - largest Ukrainian IT integrator – and 3 year as an internal consultant in Luxoft – biggest Ukrainian ODC. From April 2015 I started to participate as a volunteer in the reforms, joining the team of Ministery of Economic Development and Trade. Their inspiring examples convinced me, that I should act the same. So, starting from November 14th I’ve joined the amazing team of Prozorro as a CEO. During this exciting 3,5 years, I managed to totally re-create a state owned enterprise, establishing a sustainable IT company, which managed to complete an outstanding system migration from Amazon data storage into Ukrainian one. I also significantly develop a procurement ecosystem and complete several outstanding projects in Prozorro: establishing risk based monitoring in public procurement, piloting an e-shop for a small procurement to involve SME, etc. Today Prozorro is a sustainable and efficient IT company which develops and supports all public procurement in Ukraine. Our approaches and features are well recognized and rewarded on a global scale.
